Refund policy

At PGR Furniture, we take pride in the quality of our furniture and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of furniture products, change of mind returns are not accepted for custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items.

For eligible in-stock items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage, marks, or assembly

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair of the item
  • Full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

We will cover return shipping costs for approved faulty or incorrect items.

3. Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom, made-to-order, or bespoke furniture is non-refundable and non-returnable, as these items are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

We encourage customers to carefully review all specifications, materials, and finishes before confirming their order.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (where applicable), items must:

  • Be unused and in resaleable condition
  • Include all original packaging and components
  • Not have been assembled or modified
  • Be returned in a clean, undamaged state

PGR Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-faulty items
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Faulty or incorrect items will have return shipping covered by PGR Furniture
